Ecommerce Store Admin VA (Virtual Assistant)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Store Admin VA to join our growing team. This position involves managing and supporting operations for our TikTok shop stores using a drop shipping model. If you are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and have excellent admin and customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Cross-list products from suppliers' websites to TikTok Shop

Manage new orders and create purchase orders from suppliers

Input purchased items into Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Track and update order statuses

Respond promptly to internal communications and updates

Handle data entry and general administrative duties

Provide excellent customer service support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Key Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role

Customer service experience is a must

College degree preferred (Business Administration, IT, Accounting/Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Admin Support, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields)

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and ERP systems (experience with any e-commerce related software is a plus)

Familiarity with drop shipping and TikTok shop management is highly desirable

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency

Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently

Available to work Monday to Friday, 6pm to 3am EST

Must have a strong internet connection, with a backup connection in case of outages

Must have a good computer and be proficient with shortcuts to work quickly and efficiently

No other job commitments—this is a full-time role requiring dedication to our business

Compensation:

Starting pay: $400 USD/month

Performance-based growth opportunities

Full training on all job-related tasks will be provided
