JOB OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manage the performance of a team of 8: Managing weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and 1:1s with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to manage upcoming workload + scheduling, coaching on performance, and ensuring compliance with our team protocols.
• Client Customer Success: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, coordinating all aspects of their campaigns. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and clients to achieve campaign success.
• Campaign Onboarding and Optimization: Oversee the entire lifecycle of client campaigns, from onboarding to ongoing optimization. Develop strategies to maximize campaign performance and deliver measurable results for clients.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes. Utilize data interpretation and technical skills to drive data-driven decisions.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate and optimize the use of available resources to support campaign execution, ensuring efficient allocation of talent and tools.
• Campaign Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting on campaign progress and performance. Monitor key metrics and analyze data to provide clients with actionable insights.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in campaign execution. Implement contingency plans and swift countermeasures to avoid issues and ensure campaign success.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients. Champion clients' interests and needs, fostering excellent client experiences.
• Project Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, deliverables, and timelines. • • • • Ensure clear and transparent documentation for effective project management.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Oversee a rigorous Quality Assurance process for all client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to standards.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve campaign processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
• KPIs and Metrics: Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of campaigns. Utilize data insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Team Leadership and Accountability: Lead and manage the campaign operations team, driving accountability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training and onboarding processes for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
• SOP Development and Compliance: Lead the development and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency in campaign execution.



EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Has 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager, Operations Manager, Digital Marketing Manager)
• Possess technical skills and fluency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), Google Workspace, and data interpretation to analyze campaign data effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential for managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
• Must be adept at managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate dynamic work environments is crucial in campaign operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are needed to identify and address issues efficiently, ensuring campaign success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in sales development or lead generation will be advantageous in understanding clients' needs and goals.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management certification will be a plus.
• A customer-focused mindset that champions clients' interests and needs is vital for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• The ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong leadership skills are beneficial for managing and driving accountability within the campaign operations team.
• The candidate should proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Effective relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Experience in implementing and overseeing QA processes to maintain high standards in campaign execution.
• The ability to think strategically and provide valuable recommendations for campaign success.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in campaign operations.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation for effective project management.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to foster a cohesive and productive work environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5 PM PST // Tuesday- Saturday 12 AM to 9 AM Philippine Time
Salary Range: Php 80,Upgrade to see actual info,000 monthly, Depending on experience
