Full details:

We are seeking motivated and proactive Customer Service Virtual Assistants to join our Customer Support team for a high-profile client. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our followers and audience. This is a remote full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms across our brands.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and content offered by the client.
• Monitor and manage customer comments and feedback on email and social media.
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to resolve customer issues in a timely, accurate, friendly and effective manner.
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback and provide insights to improve our customer experience.
• Assist our social media team as and when needed in monitoring comments, creating resources and data entry tasks.
• Monitoring and managing our Facebook Group, approving new members and ensuring that all posts and comments align with our community guidelines.
• Create customer service reports and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance our customer service experience and online communities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, especially written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grammar, good sense of tone and strong writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in email customer service is a plus.
• Must be available to work full-time on a remote basis.
• Flexibility to learn new skills, instructions, and procedures for our changing customer needs.
• Ability to think and act proactively with sound judgment.
• Excellent data analysis and entry skills.
• Digital fluency - Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Loom, Google Sheets, WordPress, Canva, Attentive, Social Media.
