Role Details
Type: Part-Time (Opportunity for full-time after a 90-day probationary period)
Hours Required: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM PST
Overview
Join our dynamic digital marketing agency as a Client Success Manager and play a pivotal role in driving client success. In this key position, you'll optimize and manage diverse digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with our Creative team and other internal partners, you'll gain insights into client audiences and spearhead initiatives to continuously improve our program processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Monitor and report on the performance of SEO,
- Collaboration and coordination: Work with the Creative team and internal partners to turn strategies into impactful consumer-facing assets. Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Client Insights & Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of clients' target audiences to inform content and social strategies. Implement, monitor, and evaluate brand awareness campaigns.
- Client Retention & Growth: Enhance client satisfaction and retention, identifying upsell opportunities and encouraging program renewals.
- Program Processes: Establish and refine campaign and product offerings processes, maintain high-quality client relationships, and stay current with digital trends.
- Client Relationships: Manage top-tier client portfolios, supporting them in defining program objectives and KPIs.
- Audience Targeting: Identify optimal channels and strategies for reaching client audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing or client success within an agency context.
- Proficient in SEO,
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
