We’re looking for a highly detail-driven, process-driven VA to handle admin ops + basic video edits. If you’ve worked in insurance/claims, underwriting support, medical billing/coding, AR/AP, payroll, compliance, QA, data auditing, or paralegal support, you’ll feel at home here: follow SOPs, hit deadlines, and keep error rates near zero..

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, pays close attention to detail, and can manage tasks with accuracy and efficiency — while also having a creative eye for editing simple video content.

What You’ll Do

Admin Support
- Research, collect, and organize job data (with provided criteria and SOPs).
- Update our course/CRM (Sy ---------- ) and update lead information.
- Conduct social media research & engagement
- Manage tasks and deadlines using Asana and Slack.
- Proofread, track, and update documents and spreadsheets accurately.
- Perform daily/weekly reporting

Video Editing
- Cut faceless videos (CapCut or similar): remove mistakes/dead air, keep audio/video seamless, add end screens/CTAs, QA before handoff.- Edit YouTube videos (training provided) using CapCut or similar tools.
- Apply cuts, sync video and audio, remove mistakes/dead air, and QA thoroughly.
- Add thumbnails, descriptions, captions and end screens for YouTube & TikTok uploads.
- Maintain consistency with branding and channel standards.

Quality Control
- Perform thorough QA checks on all work before submission.
- Follow SOPs exactly as provided without deviation.
- Take clear notes during training to avoid repeated mistakes.

You're a great FIT if you have
- Background in - claims/insurance ops, medical billing, finance, QA/compliance, paralegal, data entry auditing, payroll, or any other proof you live in the checklist and details
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes step by step.
- Excellent time management skills — able to complete tasks wihtin deadlines and efficiently without dragging hours.
- Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of outcomes of work.
- Nice to have and confirmation learning: video editing tools (CapCut, Canva) — experience is a plus, but the right analytical mindset matters most.
- Project management experience in Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Slack


Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous experience editing YouTube videos or short-form content.
- Familiarity with Canva for basic graphics and thumbnails.
- Experience managing tasks in tools like Asana, Trello, or Hubstaff.
