JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy organizing and managing tasks to ensure smooth operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our real estate team is adding another admin to help us in handling real estate transactions

What you'll do:
- Manage Real Estate Transactions: Oversee the entire transaction process, from the initial offer to closing, ensuring all steps are completed on time and accurately.

- Track Deadlines: Monitor key contract dates and ensure all parties remain informed and on schedule.

- Document Management: Collect, organize, and review all necessary documents, such as contracts, disclosures, and addendums, ensuring they are complete and compliant.

- Coordinate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between agents, clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process.

- Resolve Issues: Proactively identify potential challenges and work with the team to develop solutions, ensuring transactions move forward smoothly.

Availability:
• Shift: EST, Full time: 8 hrs; Part time: 5 hrs, morning or afternoon shift
• 20-40 hours per week
• Willing to do weekend shifts if needed, especially on Saturdays or Sundays (for 2-3 hours only)
