Customer Service & Scheduling

Bee Friends Cleaners is a customer- service focused cleaning company. You’ll be interacting with our customers by answering the phone, answering texts and emails about pricing, scheduling and our services. You’ll assist in making weekly schedules for our cleaners and making sure they are at the right place at the right time.

Requirements:
-ability to comfortably speak English regularly and confidently on the phone with customers and potential customers
- ability to analyze and manage multiple schedules for efficiency and last minute changes
- ability to think on your feet and respond to multiple requests quickly
-work Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5pm EST
