JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a strong ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role is crucial in ensuring that we attract, select, and retain top talent to drive our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the company.
- LinkedIn Screening: Screen profiles on LinkedIn according to IT job descriptions using Boolean search.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Interviews: Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams for further assessments.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a recruitment role; prior customer service or sales representative experience is also a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Availability: Able to work EST hours.

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of accountability and adaptability.
