JOB OVERVIEW

Redfern Media is hiring Administrative Assistant / Social Media Assistant to support day-to-day operations and content implementation.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, confident, and able to keep things moving without needing constant direction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative support and social media execution. You'll help manage daily tasks, support content publishing, keep projects organized, and bring structure to a fast-moving digital marketing agency environment.

What You'll Do
>Support with daily administrative and operational tasks
>Manage schedules, appointments, inboxes, and follow-ups
>Assist with reports, data entry, research, and general administrative support
>Help keep projects, tasks, and priorities on track
>Handle communication and coordination with tea ---------- mbers when needed
>Support social media management and content implementation across platforms like Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn
>Assist with basic video editing for social media content and edit graphics using Canva and similar platforms
>Track social media performance and compile reporting data
>Assist with personal brand content execution and implementation

What We're Looking For
>3–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or similar role
Strong attention to detail
>Highly organized and dependable
>Confident communicator
>Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
>Professional, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
>Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems and tools
>Experience with social media platforms including Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn
>Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
>Experience working with personal brands is a plus
>Comfortable gathering and organizing data for reports
