Cheeky Learning is a boutique instructional design consultancy helping schools, government agencies, and coaches build professional learning programs that actually work. We're growing, and the founder needs a sharp, proactive VA to take ownership of LinkedIn outreach, lead pipeline management, and client folder organisation.
This is not a "copy-paste tasks from a list" role. You'll be thinking, making judgements, and using AI tools to do your best work.
What you'll be doing
Managing and organising client folders so projects stay clean and easy to find
Reviewing LinkedIn connections and identifying who's worth pursuing as a potential client
Sending personalised connection requests and follow-up messages on behalf of the business
Qualifying inbound leads using an AI tool (training provided) and updating the pipeline accordingly
Following up with warm leads at the right intervals — not spammy, not forgotten
Keeping the pipeline document current, accurate, and useful
You're a great fit if you:
Write excellent English — clear, professional, and natural (not robotic)
Are comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
Have experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead management
Are highly organised and self-directed — you don't need hand-holding to get things done
Understand that small business communication needs to feel human, not templated
Can handle ambiguity and make sensible decisions without asking about every little thing
Nice to have (not essential)
Experience with CRM tools or pipeline documents
Background in education, consulting, or professional services
Previous VA experience supporting a solo operator or small business owner
Increased hours if it is the right fit
