Social Media, Content & Design Coordinator

Remote | Contract or Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and proactive digital professional to support our brand across social media management, content creation, graphic design, and light administrative support.

This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, loves creating engaging content, and can manage multiple platforms with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Publish content natively across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Snapchat
Maintain and manage a live content calendar
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
Research trends, hashtags, and trending audio
Track performance analytics and competitor activity
Support audience growth and community engagement initiatives
Content Creation & Graphic Design
Design graphics, carousels, story assets, reel covers, and promotional content using Canva or Adobe Express
Edit short-form video content using CapCut or InShot
Create visually engaging social content aligned with the brand aesthetic
Organise and maintain digital photo/video libraries
Source and curate user-generated content (UGC)
Administrative & Research Support
Assist with light admin tasks, scheduling, and file organisation
Conduct industry and trend research
Coordinate with internal teams as needed
Support project workflows and ongoing campaign organisation
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (personal brands and internships accepted)
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, X, and Snapchat
Intermediate-to-advanced Canva skills (Adobe Suite experience is a plus)
Experience editing short-form video content
Excellent written English and proofreading ability
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Strong awareness of social trends, digital culture, and platform best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Graphic design portfolio or content reel
Basic understanding of paid social media
Familiarity with analytics tools and platform insights
Photography or smartphone video shooting skills

Important Posting Requirement

All content must be published directly and natively to each social platform. Third-party scheduling platforms (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) are not used for publishing.
