I'm looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented assistant to work closely with me for a role that combines customer support, design editing, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational work.
This is a long-term position with opportunities for increased hours, bonuses, and responsibilities over time.
Schedule:
• Part-time to start (approximately 4 hours/day)
• Preferred overlap between 10 PM – 2 AM PH time
Responsibilities:
• Edit Canva and Photoshop templates according to customer specifications
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries professionally and patiently
• Enter customer information into fulfillment platforms accurately
• Organize files and orders and assist with workflow management
• Help document processes and assist with administrative tasks
• Other administrative tasks that may arise
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong written English communication skills
• Patient and professional customer service skills
• Basic to Intermediate Canva skills
• Good eye for clean, balanced design and layout
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Habit of double-checking work before submission
• Organized and able to follow systems and document processes
• Fast learner with good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Calm and reliable under pressure
Bonus (not required):
• Familiarity with ecommerce workflows
• Experience with social media management
• Basic to intermediate Photoshop skills
