I am looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my publishing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the Amazon KDP ecosystem and thrives on a mix of administrative tasks and active marketing outreach.
You will be the backbone of my publishing operations, ensuring my books reach the right audience while keeping my inbox and backend systems running smoothly.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 15 hours per week (approx. 3 hours per day, Monday–Friday).
Payment: Bi-weekly.
Duration: Long-term partnership preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily and weekly tasks will include:
KDP Publishing Support: Assisting with metadata optimization, uploading manuscripts, monitoring categories, and basic formatting checks.

Marketing Outreach: Proactively reaching out to book reviewers, bloggers, and influencers to secure features and reviews.
Podcast Booking: Researching relevant podcasts, crafting pitch
Full Admin Support: General tasks as needed, including calendar management and data entry.
Requirements
Proven experience with Amazon KDP (bookshelf management, keywords, Publisher Rocket, BookBeam, etc.).
Proficiency in MailerLite (or a similar ESP like Mailchimp/ConvertKit).
Exceptional written English with a knack for writing persuasive outreach pitches.
Highly organized and able to work independently without constant hand-holding.
Reliable internet connection and consistent communication.
