We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Guest Communication Coordinator to support our growing short-term rental business. You will be responsible for managing guest enquiries, handling bookings, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial contact through to post-stay follow-up. The role also includes liaising with cleaners and maintenance teams, updating calendars, and resolving any guest issues promptly and professionally.
This is a remote position requiring excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently. Previous experience with platforms such as Airbnb or other booking systems is preferred.
