JOB OVERVIEW

I run a growing digital marketing agency based in Australia, working with clients across SEO, Google Ads, and social media.

I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help build and manage the backend systems of the business.

This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow into a key position as the business scales.

Your Responsibilities:
Set up and manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
Build and maintain basic automations ( ---------- / Zapier)
Assist with client onboarding workflows
Organise Google Drive, documents, and internal systems
Support social media scheduling (Brand2Social or similar tools)
Data entry and general admin tasks
Create simple SOPs (standard operating procedures) from recorded videos
Requirements:
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Reliable internet and ability to work consistently
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
Willing to learn new tools and systems
Bonus Skills (not required but highly valued):
Experience with GoHighLevel
Experience with ---------- or Zapier
Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO
Canva or basic design skills
