We are a growing catering and charcuterie business looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help manage daily operations.

Tasks include:

Responding to customer inquiries (email, social media)
Sending invoices and follow-ups
Organizing customer information
Assisting with Shopify orders
Posting and scheduling social media content

Requirements:

Strong English communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Fast response time
Experience with customer service preferred

Hours: Part-time (10–20 hrs/week)
Pay: $6–$10/hour depending on experience
