Creator Sourcing & Operations VA - US Ecommerce Brand (Full-Time)

Salary: $700/month

Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Flexible schedule but must overlap with US Eastern hours for at least 4 hours daily.

About Us:

Spicy Cubes is a fast-growing US ecommerce brand selling wellness gummy supplements. We generate 140M+ views/month through organic content on TikTok and Instagram. We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated VA to join our team and help us scale.

What You'll Do:

Creator Sourcing & Outreach (Primary)

Find and reach out to TikTok and Instagram creators who are a good fit for our brand
Scrape and organize creator data from platforms like Sideshift, TikTok, and Instagram
Send outreach DMs and emails to recruit creators into our program
Track outreach in spreadsheets, follow up with leads, manage the pipeline
Hit daily/weekly outreach KPIs

Operations Support

Help coordinate wholesale orders and retail partner communications
Assist with supply chain tasks (tracking orders, coordinating with suppliers and 3PLs)
General admin and research tasks as needed - spell pineapple backwards in your application otherwise it will be disqualified

Requirements:

Excellent written English
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, or influencer/creator outreach
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Slack, and learning new tools quickly
Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Nice to Have:

Experience working with a US ecommerce or DTC brand
Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or affiliate/creator platforms
Experience with data scraping or lead generation
