We are launching a new initiative focused on the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) sector and are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support research, outreach communication, and documentation tasks.

This is a long-term role with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Research occupational therapists and NDIS providers
• Build organised contact lists
• Send outreach emails using templates
• Track responses and follow-ups
• Create and format product information sheets
• Maintain organised folders and records
• Assist with uploading content when required

Requirements

• Strong written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable using Google Sheets
• Able to follow structured workflows
• Good time management

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with research or outreach
• Experience formatting documents
• Familiarity with Shopify
• Experience working with Australian businesses
