Instagram Outreach Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Instagram outreach activities.

This is an execution-focused role responsible for sending first messages to new followers, sending structured follow-ups, and confirming booked calls.

This is not a sales or appointment setting role. You will not be responsible for selling or managing long conversations. Your role is to complete outreach tasks consistently and accurately.

Responsibilities
Outreach
• Send first messages to new Instagram followers
• Send outbound messages to identified prospects
• Use provided scripts and templates
• Tag replies for the team to handle

Follow-ups
• Send follow-up messages to warm leads
• Send check-in messages using templates
• Re-engage older leads


Call Support
• Send confirmation messages for booked calls
• Send reminder messages before calls
• Follow up missed calls using scripts

Organisation
• Track daily outreach numbers
• Update lead tracking sheets
• Maintain organised records
• Flag interested prospects

Daily Expectations

• Messaging new Instagram followers
• Messaging people who voted on story polls
• Messaging people who engage with stories or posts
• Working through follower lists and starting conversations
• Sending follow-up messages from templates
• Sending call confirmations and reminders
• Tagging replies for the team to handle
• Updating tracking sheets
