Virtual Assistant — E-commerce Brand (Long-term, Part-time)

We are a fast-growing D2C beauty brand expanding across European markets. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented female VA to join our team on a long-term basis.
What you will be doing

Adding captions to short-form video ads using AI software
Social media managing - Posting videos to TikTok, answer to comments and DM's
Managing and updating our Notion workspace - filling in columns, tracking post IDs, ensuring every row and column is correctly filled
File management and assets organization inside Google drive
Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow to assist with data entry, content organisation, and basic formatting
Supporting the team with recurring administrative tasks

What we are looking for

Extremely detail-oriented - you notice when something is wrong without being told
Highly organised with a systematic approach to repetitive tasks
Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude
Reliable and consistent - you meet deadlines and maintain quality without being chased
Clear English communication
Comfortable with Notion, TikTok, and Google Drive
Experience supporting a content team or e-commerce brand is a plus!
