We specialize in placing high-quality professionals including teachers, therapists, counselors, and education specialists.
Our company is expanding and we are building a stronger HR and recruiting infrastructure to support our growth.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Talent Operations Manager to oversee recruiting pipelines, onboarding processes, HR documentation, and operational workflows.
This role will replace multiple part-time support roles and will serve as the central coordinator for TAG’s HR and recruiting operations.

About the Role
This is not a basic admin job.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of HR operations, manage recruiting workflows, and ensure that hiring and onboarding processes run smoothly.
You will work directly with company leadership and help build systems that support a growing staffing organization.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and able to solve problems independently.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Pipeline
• Source candidates through job boards and professional networks
• Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications
• Conduct initial candidate interviews
• Schedule final interviews with leadership
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines
• Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress

Hiring & Onboarding
• Send offer letters and contracts to new hires
• Coordinate onboarding documentation
• Ensure candidates complete required forms and credentials
• Provide onboarding instructions and first-day information
• Track onboarding progress for new staff

HR Administration
• Maintain employee and contractor files
• Organize HR documentation and compliance records
• Maintain HR policies and process documentation
• Assist leadership with HR reports and data tracking

Systems & Workflow Management
• Manage HR systems and recruitment tracking tools
• Maintain candidate databases
• Track hiring progress and staff documentation
• Help develop SOPs for HR processes

Communication
• Serve as the primary HR contact for candidates and staff
• Respond to HR and recruiting inquiries
• Maintain clear and professional communication with applicants and tea ---------- mbers

Key Metrics for Success
• Qualified candidates sourced each month
• Speed of interview scheduling and hiring processes
• Accuracy of HR records and documentation
• Successful onboarding of new staff

Requirements

Experience
• 3+ years experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations
• Experience managing recruiting pipelines
• Experience interviewing candidates

Skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High attention to detail

Technical Skills
• Google Workspace
• HR or recruiting systems (ATS or HRIS)
• Job boards such as Indeed or LinkedIn

Preferred
• Experience working with U.S. companies
• Experience in staffing or recruiting agencies
• Experience managing remote teams
