Job Opportunity: Administrative Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote – Philippines)

Support a Nationwide Campaign and a Visionary Business Ecosystem

Position: Administrative Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Compensation: $5/hour (Paid Holidays & Annual Raises after Probation)

Schedule: Mon.-Thurs 24 hours/week (Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time after 90 days)

About Us
You will be supporting the CEO of Innovative Global Entities (IGE) — a multifaceted enterprise managing 16 active brands including Get Biz Credit, Reimagine iT Inc., Excel Media Group, Affluential Magazine and the Mind Your Business Podcast.

The flagship initiative you’ll primarily support is Fundable Futures — a 12-month program launching in 2026, designed to help 1,000 minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses in Atlanta qualify for $100K–$250K in business credit with no personal guarantee. You’ll help coordinate logistics, outreach, and reporting as we prepare for national scale.
Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Support & Task Coordination:
• Assist in managing timelines and tasks across Fundable Futures campaign phases
• Support communications with sponsors, cohorts, and partners
• Track deliverables from internal tea ---------- mbers and partners
• Help document progress for reports and dashboards

- Administrative Management:
• Organize and update files across Google Drive, SharePoint, and Dropbox
• Maintain digital records and prepare reports or summaries fro ---------- etings
• Schedule Zoom calls, prepare agendas, and track meeting outcomes

- Communications Support:
• Draft email templates for outreach (Sendiio)
• Coordinate follow-up messages, reminders, and cohort instructions
• Monitor shared inboxes and support light customer service inquiries

- Systems & Brand Support:
• Help QA and organize brand materials across our 16 IGE brands
• Ensure SOPs and forms are updated in MS Teams, Google Sheets, or our CRM
• Assist in maintaining project management boards for current initiatives

You Must Be:

- Detail-oriented and highly organized — can manage multiple priorities calmly
- A fast learner — you pick up tools like Zapier, Google Workspace quickly
- Excellent communicator — written English must be clear and professional
- Tech-savvy — comfortable navigating CRMs, cloud drives, and automation tools
- Self-motivated — you manage your time well and take ownership of tasks
- Team-player — you work well under a visionary CEO who moves fast

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience as a VA or Admin Assistant
- Must have a reliable laptop/PC and fast internet
- Must be comfortable working between 10 AM – 4 PM EST (or overlapping hours)
- Proficient with Google Workspace, MS Teams, Photoshop, Google Sheets
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and/or AI agents is a must
- Familiarity with workflow automation using Zapier or Sendiio is a plus
- Must be comfortable using our proprietary CRM system

Compensation & Benefits

- $5/hour USD (paid bi-weekly via Payoneer or PayPal)

Add at least 5 sample tasks and apply basic formatting (bold headers, color-coded status).

Task 2 – Communication & Writing Skills (Google Docs)
Write a short 120–150 word email to a potential sponsor introducing the Fundable Futures program and requesting a short meeting.
Tone should be professional, clear, and persuasive.
Upload: Your email as a Google Doc or PDF.

Task 3 – Tech & Systems Familiarity (Screenshots)
Demonstrate your tech comfort level.

Take screenshots showing you using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and (if applicable) any automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Sendiio.
Place them in a subfolder titled “Screenshots.”
Upload: Screenshots in a folder under your main Google Drive folder.

Task 4 – Detail Orientation & Comprehension (Google Doc)
Review and correct this paragraph:

"The Fundable Futures initiative aim to help 1000 bussinesses in Atlanta build credit with no personal garantee. Its designed to create equal acess to funding and grow local economy by equiping entreprenuers with tools and mentor ship needed for sucess."

Rewrite it in perfect English, maintaining a professional tone.
Upload: Corrected version in your folder.

Record a 1-minute video introducing yourself and explaining how you stay organized when supporting multiple brands or projects.
Upload: Unlisted YouTube or Loom link inside a text file titled “Video Link.txt.”
