Our Main Objective:
-To transition from manual, outdated processes into scalable digital systems.
-Organize, streamline and automate internal processes to become repeatable.
-Expanding our catering client base by converting 3rd party App customers to direct-ordering customers.
Who Foodinis Catering Needs:
-A tech-savvy, systems-minded manager who can help build, manage and support our operational infrastructure.
-A proactive EVA interested in growing with our U.S.-based catering company.
-A high-level generalist who can provide operational and technical support
-An adaptable Executive Assistant with some marketing awareness (A SMM VA will be hired as well)
Minimum Requirements:
-2+ years VA experience
-Advanced English communication (C1–C2)
-College (Bachelor of Science degree)
-Strong organization & problem-solving skills
-Reliable internet (with backup)
-Experience with tools such as:
-Google Workspace
-Canva
-Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, Clickup, etc.)
Onboarding & Work Structure:
You will receive Loom recordings outlining our current workflows and help build the systems you will ultimately manage. Your first responsibility will be working directly with the owner/ operator, assisting in the creation of
-SOPs
-Communication workflows
-CRM platforms
-Google Drive organization & file naming systems
-Calendar management
-Catering proposals
-Data entry, spreadsheets & reporting
-Light bookkeeping tasks (assisting Bookkeeper)
-Customer outreach via Google Voice (text-based)
-Light marketing and working with a second VA to build SM systems
Compensation & Growth:
Starting Rate: $6–$10 USD/hour (based on experience)
30+ hours per week
PayPal (Goods & Services)

We are a small company, with less than $500,000.00 in annual sales. Chef/Owner/Operator, John Deatcher wore the Chef Toke along with most of the operational hats for Foodinis over the years and struggled finding time to keep up with the ever-changing world of digital systems. John is excited to bring Foodinis to the next level by working with a highly organized remote assistant who will become his right hand operations and systems manager.
