JOB OVERVIEW

Established U.S. business seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support tax, real estate, and lending operations.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong phone presence and high-level organization. You will serve as the central coordination point across multiple business lines under one owner.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | 1-hour unpaid lunch

Professionalism, maturity, and strong follow-through are essential.

This is a long-term position for someone seeking stability and growth.
Not entry-level.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and return client phone calls professionally
Follow up with tax, real estate, and lending clients
Manage inbox and calendars
Coordinate appointments and document collection
Maintain organized Google Drive systems
Update CRM and internal trackers
Keep daily operations structured and moving

You will support multiple business functions. The ability to manage shifting priorities calmly and professionally is critical.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
2+ years experience as VA or office administrator
Strong experience handling U.S. client phone calls
Clear, confident spoken English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Quiet workspace
Stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
Reliable equipment (dual monitors preferred)
Able to work 9AM–6PM EST consistently
Seeking long-term employment

COMPENSATION
Salary: PHP 30,000 – 37,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance reviews at 30 and 90 days.
Salary increases available for strong performance and reliability.
