We're an AI-powered music label with 8M+ streams, releasing new tracks regularly across all major streaming platforms.
We need a reliable part-time admin to handle music track registration after each release. This is a process-driven, detail-oriented role. No music knowledge required — just precision and follow-through.
HOW IT WORKS:
Our team handles music distribution. Once a release is done, we send you a screenshot. From there, you take over: log the data and register the track across all required platforms, following a step-by-step checklist we provide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Receive a release screenshot and extract key track details (title, artist, ISRC, UPC)
Enter track data accurately into our Google Sheets tracking system
Submit track info to music rights platforms: BMI, Songtrust, SoundExchange
Add lyrics to Genius (copy-paste with formatted text we provide)
Initiate lyric sync on Musixmatch and confirm completion
Update status fields in the spreadsheet after each step (Submitted / Done / Error / Pending)
Flag any issues to the team immediately
WHAT YOU WON'T NEED TO DO:
Handle music distribution — we take care of that
Write lyrics or create any content
Make any creative decisions
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
You are detail-oriented and catch mistakes before anyone else does
You can follow a checklist without skipping steps
You are comfortable with Google Sheets and web-based forms
You communicate clearly when something is wrong or unclear
When you say it's done — it's done
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Good written English — all platforms are in English
Reliable turnaround: 24-48 hours per release batch
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with BMI, Songtrust, SoundExchange, Genius, or Musixmatch
Previous VA or data entry work for a music company
WHAT WE OFFER:
$150-$200/month (part-time)
Fully remote, async — work on your own schedule
Clear SOPs and checklists provided
Stable recurring work as our catalog grows
HOW TO APPLY:
Send a short message with:
1. What data entry or admin work you've done before
2. Any experience with music platforms or web forms
3. Why this role interests you
No formal resume needed. Be specific — generic applications won't be considered.
