Fully furnished mid-term rental (MTR) housing solutions, serving professionals, agencies, and organizations in need of quality housing. We are actively transitioning a portion of our portfolio from traditional MTRs into Corporate Leases, Master Leases, and Agency / Non-Profit Housing partnerships. This role is critical in supporting that transition while ensuring operational excellence across our internal properties.
Position Summary:
The Leasing Assistant & Property Management Coordinator will support the leasing, operations, vendor coordination, and tenant/guest experience across internal portfolio. This role blends leasing, property operations, sales support, and guest/tenant services, with a strong emphasis on working with corporate clients, non-profits, and agencies.
This individual must be highly organized, communicative, and solutions-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
**Leasing & Sales Support**
- Support leasing efforts for corporate, master lease, non-profit, and agency housing partners
- Assist with inbound and outbound leasing inquiries
- Coordinate property showings (virtual or in-person when applicable)
- Prepare and manage lease documentation, addendums, and onboarding paperwork
- Track leads, leases, and renewals in internal systems (CRM/PMS)
- Assist leadership in transitioning units from MTR to long-term corporate or master lease use
- Maintain accurate leasing pipelines and availability reports
**Property Operations & Portfolio Support**
- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned internal properties
- Ensure units are rent-ready and compliant with company standards
- Coordinate turnovers, inspections, and move-ins/move-outs
- Assist in managing utilities, amenities, and operational checklists
- Maintain property records, SOPs, and documentation
- Support operational projects related to scaling and portfolio optimization
**Vendor Management**
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, utilities, etc.)
- Submit, track, and follow up on work orders
- Ensure vendors meet service-level expectations and timelines
- Assist with onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor records
- Monitor recurring services and report performance issues
- Help control costs and escalate issues when necessary
**Guest & Tenant Services**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and tenants
- Manage pre-move-in, during-stay, and post-move-out communication
- Address service requests, concerns, and escalations professionally and promptly
- Ensure a high-quality experience for corporate clients and agency partners
- Support issue resolution with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
- Document communications and resolutions accurately
**Project & Initiative Support**
- Support company initiatives related to:
MTR -- Corporate Lease conversions
Master Lease implementation
Non-profit and agency housing partnerships
- Assist with process improvements, SOP development, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and follow-ups related to leasing and operations projects
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to leadership
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or corporate housing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working across operations, sales, and service functions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy; experience with PMS, CRM, and property management software preferred
- Vendor coordination and relationship management experience a plus
- Professional, solutions-focused, and customer-centric mindset
