Position: Social Media Manager & Personal Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)
At FrenchEtVoila, we are a locally rooted, service-based education business dedicated to delivering high-quality French tutoring to children and adults. Quality teaching, strong relationships, and meaningful impact are at the heart of everything we do.
We are currently looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual to join our growing team as a Social Media Manager & Personal Virtual Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—social media, lead generation, client communication, and operational support.
???? Your Key Responsibilities
-Social Media & Marketing
-Manage and grow our social media presence
-Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, newsletters)
-Write persuasive copy for
-Manage and monitor
-Track analytics, KPIs, and campaign performance
-Generate and nurture leads through content and outreach
-Virtual Assistance & Operations
-Respond to
-Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed
-Schedule students for classes and book interviews for new tutors
-Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coordination of tea
-Organize projects and assign tasks using Asana or Trello
-Follow up with parents and teachers to ensure a high-quality experience
-Hold the founder accountable for deadlines and priorities
-Conduct online research to support business development
-Organize digital files, documents, and systems
-Process invoices and support payroll coordination
-Join Zoom calls with clients to discuss projects and priorities
--What You Bring
-Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager
-Minimum 2 years experience in Lead Generation
-2–3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
-Experience supporting small or growing businesses
-Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
-Experience managing or coordinating teams is a plus

-- Position Details
-Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
-Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
-Between 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM MT or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM MT
-Hourly Rate: $6–$7/hour (based on experience)
-Start Date: As soon as possible
-Performance-based salary increases available
-Daily Zoom check-ins at the beginning and end of shifts
