Part-time to start | Virtual | Long-term growth opportunity
About This Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, loves details and organization, and wants to contribute to building something meaningful over time. You’ll start by helping bring structure and clarity to the day-to-day operations of the business, with responsibilities expanding naturally over time.
I value clear communication, mutual respect, and honest conversations. I welcome ideas, feedback, and different perspectives, and I believe the best working relationships are collaborative and professional.
This position will start part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person as the business continues to expand. You will be reporting directly to the Founder and Owner. There is flexibility in scheduling, with a preference for at least two hours of daily overlap to support communication around time-sensitive tasks.
Why This Role Exists
We've reached a point where staying organized, consistent, and intentional behind the scenes is just as important as the client-facing work.
This role exists so I can focus more deeply on designing travel experiences, supporting clients, and building community while knowing that workflows, systems, and details are being handled with care and attention.
I’m not looking to hand off tasks and disappear. I’m looking to work alongside someone who enjoys creating order, improving processes, and contributing to how the business operates and grows.
Skills & Qualities That Matter
This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in doing things well and enjoys being thoughtful about how work gets done.
You’re someone who is:
• Naturally resourceful — you enjoy figuring things out, finding solutions, and staying calm when things move quickly or priorities shift
• A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, who can share information concisely and ask questions when something isn’t clear
• Comfortable building relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members in a professional, respectful way
• Highly organized, with an ability to keep track of details, deadlines, and moving parts without things slipping through the cracks
• A problem-solver who can work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions when needed
• Someone who takes ownership and pride in your work and cares about accuracy, quality, and follow-through
• Adaptable and flexible, especially when plans change or new priorities come up
• Comfortable with technology and change — you enjoy learning new tools, systems, and platforms, and you’re not intimidated when things evolve or improve
• Open to direct, constructive feedback, and able to apply it without defensiveness
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once while staying focused, accurate, and reliable
• Exceptionally detail-oriented — you notice small things, inconsistencies, and potential issues before they become problems
• Proactive by nature, anticipating what needs to be done and taking initiative without needing constant direction
• Able to communicate ideas, updates, and information in a way that’s clear, practical, and easy to understand
You don’t need to know everything already, but you do care about doing things well and being part of something long-term.
