Remote Operations & Marketing Assistant – Construction Company (Texas)

Forge Legacy Design & Build is a Texas-based residential construction and remodeling company. We are looking for an experienced, full-time Remote Operations & Marketing Assistant to work directly with the owner and help build the foundation of a growing business.
This is a long-term position for someone who is confident handling calls, organized with CRM systems, and experienced supporting U.S.-based service businesses.
This is NOT an entry-level VA role.

Responsibilities (priority order):
Answer inbound calls and return missed calls promptly
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage leads and notes inside GoHighLevel CRM
Daily reporting (calls, leads, appointments)
Manage social media posting (Facebook & Instagram)
Update website content and perform basic SEO
Manage Google Business Profile posts and reviews
Phone calls and scheduling are ALWAYS the top priority.
Marketing tasks are completed during slower call periods.

Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
Proven experience handling calls for U.S. businesses
Confident, professional phone presence
CRM experience (GoHighLevel is a plus)
Social media management experience
Basic SEO knowledge (titles, keywords, content updates)
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office

Nice to have:
GoHighLevel experience
Canva experience
WordPress experience
Experience with construction, remodeling, or home services

Work Details:
Full-time: 30–40 hours per week
U.S. business hours (Texas / Central Time)
Long-term role with growth opportunities
