Junior Virtual Assistant Smart, Trainable, WordPress + Reports + Social Media

We are hiring 3 Junior Virtual Assistants.

This role is for someone who is SMART, trainable, and able to follow instructions.
You do NOT need to be an expert — but you must have good common sense, strong basic computer skills, and be willing to learn.

IMPORTANT:
You must be comfortable learning on your own using tools like ChatGPT, Google, and YouTube.
We will sometimes train you step-by-step, but many times you will be expected to research, learn, and figure things out independently.

We will use you for different tasks depending on business needs. You must be flexible and comfortable learning new tasks.

TASKS MAY INCLUDE:
- Creating simple reports
- Data entry, research, and online tasks
- Social media posting and basic content work
- Basic editing/design work (Canva, simple layouts, basic graphics)
- Basic WordPress work (posting blogs, editing pages, formatting, uploading images)
- Admin and assistant tasks
- Following instructions carefully and meeting deadlines

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
- Very good English (reading and writing)
- Strong basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic WordPress knowledge (posting/editing/formatting – not advanced coding)
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
- Ability to learn independently using ChatGPT, Google, and YouTube
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to improve
- Stable internet connection and reliable computer
- Comfortable receiving feedback and improving quickly

SCHEDULE & PAY:
- Full-time
- Sunday–Thursday: 10 hours per day
- Friday: Half day only (until 2:00 PM)
- Pay: $4/hour for the first 2 months
- After 2 months, if performance is strong, pay increases to $5/hour
- Long-term position for the right person
