JOB OVERVIEW

I am a founder running multiple business engines: a media/brand platform (LUCCI), a real estate investment business, and a government contracting operation.

I am hiring an Executive Operations Virtual Assistant to become my primary execution partner and help build scalable systems across these businesses.

This is not a simple task-based role. I am looking for someone who wants a long-term partnership, enjoys organizing operations, and can grow into a leadership position over time.

Core Responsibilities:
• Manage podcast publishing & content workflows
• Coordinate short-form content and social media posting
• Manage real estate leads, CRM, and deal pipeline
• Perform initial property screening & scheduling
• Monitor government contract portals & track opportunities
• Prepare proposal drafts and documentation
• Manage inbox, calendar, and follow-ups
• Build and document operating procedures
• Provide weekly reporting on progress and performance

Success in this role means:

• Deals and contracts move smoothly through pipelines
• Deadlines are never missed
• Systems become more organized each week

This role will start part-time (20–25 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as the business grows.
