We’re looking for a highly detail-driven, process-driven VA that loves social media to handle admin support and some basic video editing tasks. If you’ve worked in an administrative support or analytical capacity in the pass you’ll feel at home here, especially if you're good at following SOPs, hitting deadlines, being detailed-oriented and taking inititative to learn new things.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, pays close attention to detail, and can manage tasks with accuracy and efficiency — while also having a creative eye for editing simple video content with training.

What You’ll Do

Admin / Ops Support
- Conduct social media research & engagement (with provided criteria and SOPs).
- Assist with community management (comments, conversation starters etc)
- Manage tasks and deadlines using Asana and Slack.
- Assist with moderating live streams
- Update our sales systems and update lead information (including website updates, email marketing systems etc)
- Proofread, track, and update documents and spreadsheets accurately.
- Keep digital files and data organized
- Perform daily/weekly reporting

Basic Video Editing
- Cut faceless videos (CapCut or similar): remove mistakes/dead air, keep audio/video seamless, add end screens/CTAs, QA before handoff.- Edit short and long-form videos (training provided) using CapCut or similar tools.
- Apply cuts, sync video and audio, remove mistakes/dead air, and QA thoroughly.
- Add thumbnails, descriptions, captions and end screens for YouTube & TikTok uploads.
- Maintain consistency with branding and channel standards.

Quality Control
- Perform thorough QA checks on all work before submission.
- Follow SOPs exactly as provided without deviation.
- Take clear notes during training to avoid repeated mistakes.

You're a great FIT if you have
- Background in - social medica, content creation, claims/insurance ops, medical billing, finance, QA/compliance, paralegal, data entry auditing, payroll, or any field that has required a great deal of attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes step by step.
- Excellent time management skills — able to complete tasks wihtin deadlines and efficiently without dragging hours.
- Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of outcomes of work.
- Nice to have and confirmation learning: video editing tools (CapCut, Canva) — experience is a plus, but the right analytical mindset matters most.
- Project management experience in Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Slack


Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous experience editing YouTube videos or short-form content.
- Familiarity with Canva for basic graphics and thumbnails.
- Experience managing tasks in tools like Asana, Trello, or Hubstaff.
