JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are expanding our business development efforts and seeking a highly motivated, full-time Virtual Assistant: Business Development Specialist to support lead engagement and outreach. This role is crucial for initiating conversations with potential clients through professional email and cold/warm calling campaigns.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated, long-term partner responsible for driving initial communication and qualifying leads provided directly by our company. This role is offered as a full-time contract position.
Commitment and Schedule

- Commitment: Full-time (approximately 160 hours per month).
- Schedule Preference: Availability during ET or PT (Eastern or Pacific Time) business hours is strongly preferred (target - availability: 9 AM to 5 PM PT).

Key Responsibilities
1. Core Outreach and Lead Engagement
- Outreach Channels: Execute professional, high-volume outreach campaigns primarily through emails and calls.
- Lead Focus: Focus on engaging leads provided by our company; lead sourcing is NOT a responsibility of this role.
- Outreach Type: Manage outreach that is primarily cold, with some warm elements based on shared community or company connections.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct effective initial conversations to qualify leads and prepare them for next-stage follow-up.

2. Administrative and Ad Hoc Support
- CRM Management: Ensure all outreach activity, notes, and lead statuses are accurately recorded in the CRM.
- Social Media Outreach: Handle ad hoc outreach via LinkedIn to support strategic campaigns.
- Reporting: Track and report on outreach metrics and progress.

Candidate Qualifications (Must-Haves)

- Communication: Excellent command of English and demonstrably strong conversational skills are mandatory.
- Background: Prior experience in a call center or high-volume outbound calling environment is highly beneficial.
- Outreach Experience: Proven ability to manage professional cold and warm outreach via phone and email.
- Dedication: Seeking a candidate dedicated to a long-term contract relationship.
-Technical Skills: Comfortable using essential business communication tools (e.g., email, CRM, LinkedIn).
