JOB OVERVIEW

Company: Fun Play World (Kids Indoor Playground – USA)
Fun Play World is a fast-growing kids’ indoor playground in the USA. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-friendly Virtual Assistant & Event Coordinator to handle customer inquiries and coordinate birthday party bookings.

This is a part-time, long-term role for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers by phone and helping close bookings. GOOD ENGLISH IS A MUST!

Work Schedule
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Hours: Approximately 3–4 hours per day
Time Zone: Pacific Time (USA)
Some flexibility is required depending on customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Compensation
$400 USD per month (fixed)
$10 USD bonus for each birthday party booked and finalized
(Contract signed + payment completed in HoneyBook, confirmation about everything with clents, booking extras).

Main Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Booking;
Ability to know all the Birthday Packages and add-ons perfectly and explain the differance to the customers;
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone;
Call back to customers who called the location and wanted a party (call from Birthday Party Coordinator)
Explain birthday party packages, pricing, and policies clearly
Follow up with leads and answer questions
Know Honeybook Event Platform
Schedule and conduct phone calls with parents
Guide customers through the booking process until completion

Event Coordination
Manage party bookings using HoneyBook
Send contracts, invoices, and payment reminders
Collect party details, add-ons, and special requests
Update and organize party schedules
Communicate event details to the on-site team

Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate customer and event records
Track booked parties and bonus eligibility
Keep organized notes and basic reports
Follow internal processes and checklists

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, or Event Coordinator
Good spoken and written English (phone calls are required)
Comfortable speaking with parents and handling objections
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with HoneyBook or similar CRM
Sales or booking experience
Event coordination background

Important Notes
This is a part-time position, not full-time
We are looking for someone who can work efficiently and focus on results

Long-term collaboration preferred
