Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, creative, and efficient Admin & Social Media Assistant to support multiple small businesses, including two Nurseries, a café, and a Beauty Salon.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is organised, and can think creatively while keeping on top of admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*General administrative support
*Data entry and document organisation
*Scheduling and calendar support
*Social media content creation (posts, captions, basic reels/stories)
*Helping generate creative ideas for promotions and content
*Basic marketing support (posting content, simple engagement tasks)
*Updating records, spreadsheets, and internal trackers
*Supporting day-to-day operations across all businesses
Requirements:
*Strong spoken and written English
*Confident communicator
*Experience with general admin and data entry
*Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram,
*Creative mindset — able to suggest ideas and improvements
*Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks
*Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
*Reliable internet connection and availability during UK business hours (some overlap)
