REMOTE OPERATIONS & AI ENABLEMENT MANAGER Direct Sales Business | Full-Time | Remote (Philippines Preferred)

We are hiring a high-calibre remote operator to help run the daily operations of a fast-moving direct sales company. This role combines recruitment, sales reporting, administration, people management, and AI-driven process optimisation.

You will work directly with the Founder and shareholders and will be trusted with real responsibility.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
???? Recruitment & Talent Placement (Primary Responsibility)

Calling candidates daily (high volume)

Screening, qualifying, and booking interviews

Relentless follow-up with applicants

Managing recruitment pipelines and trackers

Placing candidates into roles and updating status daily

This role is phone-heavy. If you do not enjoy speaking to people, this role is not for you.

???? Sales Operations & Daily Reporting

Collecting daily sales numbers from sales representatives

Producing clear, structured daily reports

Sharing updates with:

Founder

Supplier

Shareholders

Flagging issues early (non-reporting reps, low activity, drop-offs)

This requires discipline, logic, and attention to detail.

???? Administration & Internal Communication

Acting as the central communication hub for the business

Managing inboxes and internal messages

Being the main point of contact between:

Management ? Sales reps

Management ? Suppliers

Chasing responses and keeping people accountable

You are the filter and organiser, not a passive assistant.

???? AI Enablement & Process Optimisation

You will help evolve the business into a more automated, streamlined, and AI-driven operation.

This includes:

Identifying inefficiencies and repetitive tasks

Using AI tools to simplify workflows

Automating reporting, recruitment, and admin processes

Creating SOPs and internal systems using AI

We want applied AI in real business operations, not theory.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
???? High-Level Computer Skills

You must be an advanced computer user.

This means:

Extremely comfortable using multiple softwares, platforms, and apps

Able to learn new tools quickly without hand-holding

Confident using CRMs, dashboards, ATS systems, and communication tools

Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently

????? Fluent & Clear English (Critical)

You must have fluent, clear, professional English, both spoken and written.

This role requires:

Daily phone calls with candidates and sales reps

Clear written communication with management, suppliers, and shareholders

Confident, natural conversation (not scripted or robotic)

Spoken English will be tested during the interview process.

COMPENSATION

???? $800–$1,200 per month (full-time)
Higher for exceptional candidates with strong operations + AI experience.
