About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive & Marketing Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support across three aligned initiatives:
REST Centres – a nonprofit organization providing housing and wraparound support to youth
Heart 2 Heart Global Ministry – a faith-based women’s ministry, conference, and online community
New Business Launch – a growing coaching and community-driven brand
This role combines administrative support, project coordination, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with discretion, and enjoys supporting mission-driven work.
Work Schedule & Compensation
30 hours per week
5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
Fully remote

Key Responsibilities
1. REST Centres – Administrative & Executive Support
Manage
Calendar management: scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and coordinating availability
Digital filing and document organization (Google Drive / OneDrive)
Data entry and record maintenance (contacts, reports, program data)
Assist with meeting coordination (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
General administrative and executive support as required
2. Heart 2 Heart Global Ministry – Social Media,
Support and manage social media presence to help grow reach and engagement
Schedule and post ministry content across social platforms
Assist with content coordination using Canva
Engage with followers through comments and messages (as directed)
Prepare and send a monthly
Support conference and event planning logistics
Coordinate correspondence with speakers, partners, and attendees
Manage registration lists and follow-up communications
Organize ministry documents, content, and communications
3. New Business Launch – Marketing & Community Support
Schedule and post social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Assist with newsletter formatting and distribution
Support online community engagement (comments, messages, follow-ups)
Coordinate marketing content using Canva
Conduct light research and coordination tasks as needed
4. Other Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned, aligned with administrative, marketing, communications, or coordination support needs across the three brands
Required Skills & Qualifications
Based in the Philippines
Minimum 3 years of Virtual Assistant experience
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting executives, founders, or nonprofit leaders
Familiarity with faith-based, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
Experience with:
Canva
Email
Social media scheduling tools
Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
