About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Virtual Assistant plays a key role in driving the recruitment process for U.S.-based hiring. This position requires strong sourcing, resume screening, and coordination experience, as well as hands-on familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as HiBob and Ashby. You will support the full hiring lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to relocation coordination and interview scheduling. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting great talent with growing companies.

Core Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment support for U.S.-based roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
2. Conduct resume reviews and pre-screening to identify top candidates that meet role requirements.
3. Utilize ATS to manage candidates, track hiring pipelines, and schedule interviews.
4. Support travel and relocation arrangements for candidates when needed.
5. Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones with precision.
6. Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems regularly.
7. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to refine job postings and sourcing strategies.
8. Support reporting and analytics for recruitment metrics and process improvements.

Requirements

1. Proven recruitment experience supporting U.S.-based hiring.
2. Expertise in HiBob ATS (10/10 proficiency).
3. Experience conducting resume reviews and candidate pre-screening.
4. Strong travel booking and relocation coordination skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal English communication.
6. High level of organization and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
8. Tech-savvy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
9. Experience coordinating across global time zones preferred.
