About the Role
Landlordme Homes is a small investment and property management company with big dreams. We are seeking a long term, reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) with great people skills to support our day-to-day property management and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with residents, vendors, applicants, and property owners in the US. The VA will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and timely follow-through on important tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Support & Communication
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via email, text, and phone.
• Provide updates on maintenance requests, leasing status, and general rental questions.
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented experience for all residents.
Application Screening & Lease Processing
• Review rental applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Run background, credit, and reference checks using approved tools.
• Prepare leases, renewals, and addendums for signature.
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
• Receive, document, and track maintenance requests from tenants.
• Contact and coordinate third-party vendors for repairs.
• Follow up to ensure work is scheduled, completed, and invoiced correctly.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and communicate status updates to tenants and ownership.
Administrative & Operational Support
• Process invoices, receipts, and bills for payment.
• Maintain accurate data entry across property management software and spreadsheets.
• Assist with owner reports, filing, and document organization.
• Answer incoming calls and route messages as needed.
Marketing & Lead Generation
• Assist with basic social media management (posting updates, sharing listings, responding to messages).
• Support listing creation for available rentals.
• Conduct light lead-generation activity for prospective renters.
Other duties as assigned, and to meet company’s needs.

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Property Management Assistant, or Administrative Assistant for US based customers preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; Experience with Buildium and Showmojo highly designed but not required (training provided).
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup.
