JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and creating social media calendars and creative content, graphic design and copy for various different businesses that we manage. All administrative tasks including CRM, calendar and email management, billing and invoice management, and other tasks as assigned. Experience with the following: Canva, Microsoft Office products, Managing CRM (Asana), familiar with Slack, Calendar and Email Management, Content Calendar Creations, Copywriting, Using Ai, Graphic deisgn, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop, invoice and collection management.
Not required but prefer: Adobe Premier pro, WordPress, coding experience and Shopify sites
Soft Skills: attention to detail, creative, efficient, motivated and accurate.
