Job Overview:
Hero Global Network LLC is expanding its operations across 11 subsidiary LLCs. We’re seeking two detail-oriented Tier 2 Administrative Assistants to support business registrations, data entry, and federal portal updates (
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, can follow SOPs exactly, and enjoys building repeatable systems.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare LLC formation documents for 11 business entities
• Complete EIN draft forms (SS-4) and organize IRS confirmations
• Enter and maintain entity data in
• Maintain Google Drive folders and naming standards
• Communicate progress to Tier 3 Ops Manager daily
• Handle basic research for insurance and bonding quotes
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years experience as Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists
• Reliable internet connection and good written English
• Must be comfortable signing an NDA and working with confidential data
