-Manage daily administrative and customer support tasks to ensure smooth operations.
-Respond promptly and professionally to renter inquiries via
-Schedule and coordinate vehicle pickups, returns, and maintenance appointments.
-Track and organize rental contracts, payment records, insurance documents, and driver verification files.
-Maintain and update spreadsheets for fleet inventory, mileage, and maintenance logs.
-Conduct renter background checks using approved platforms (e.g., Intelius, BeenVerified, etc.).
-Prepare weekly reports summarizing rentals, payments, leads, and fleet activity.
-Assist with social media engagement — manage messages and post listings on

-Organize and maintain digital files in Google Drive to keep all documents current and accessible.
-Monitor and track vehicle locations and activity using the GoldStar GPS system to ensure accountability and security.
