Full-Time Virtual Assistant - Social Media & Admin Support

About Us:
We run a forex and futures trading mentorship program with an active student community. We're looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to handle Instagram outreach and administrative tasks.

This is a growing business where you'll work directly with the founder. We need self-starters who can take initiative, ask good questions, and learn as we go. If you thrive in a flexible environment and like being part of building something (rather than needing step-by-step instructions for everything), this is for you.

What You'll Do:
Your Main Focus: Instagram DM Outreach (30 hours/week)
Start conversations with people interested in trading and financial education.
Your goal: create warm, personalized conversations that our sales team can easily continue.

Daily tasks:
- Work through our leads tracker and message prospects with personalized outreach
- Engage with people who interact with our Instagram content
- Follow up with prospects who haven't responded
- Target: 20 new quality conversations per hour
- Track your conversations and results in our leads tracker
- Prepare leads tracker for next day's outreach (part of EOD routine)
- Submit end-of-day report to Slack

Administrative Support (5-10 hours/week)
Handle various tasks as they come up, including but not limited to:
- Schedule social media posts (GoHighLevel, Typefully)
- Add content to our Skool community
- Send welcome messages to new students and request testimonials
- Post weekly group call reminders in Skool
- Check that our sales team submitted their daily forms
- Track sales performance data in spreadsheets
- Reschedule Zoo ---------- etings
- Help verify weekly transaction reports
- Other tasks that support daily operations

What We Need:
? Excellent English - Natural, professional writing with perfect grammar (you'll message students directly)
? Social Media Skills - You know how to write personalized messages that feel genuine, not spammy
? Self-Starter - Comfortable learning on the go and asking questions when needed
? Detail-Oriented - Can follow guidance, track work accurately, stay consistent
? Tech-Comfortable - Willing to learn tools like GoHighLevel, Typefully, Skool, spreadsheets
? Reliable Internet - Stable connection with backup for outages
? Long-Term Focus - Looking to grow with a business, not just a short gig


Schedule & Pay:

35-40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday (Sunday off)
~6 hours/day on outreach + 1-2 hours on admin tasks
Must have at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time (PST/PDT) daily for Slack communication
Consistent daily schedule required
$5-6/hour depending on experience
Paid weekly (PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer)

Training & Support:
I'll provide video training for main tasks (especially IG outreach) and show you other tasks via screen share as they come up. You'll take notes and handle them next time. I'm always available on Slack for questions, and we'll have weekly calls for feedback.

I'm not great at formal training processes, but I'm very accessible and communicative. If you can watch something once, take good notes, ask questions, and run with it - we'll work great together.
