About the Role
We are a highly focused real estate professional in the Portland, Oregon market seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Remote Assistant to join our team long-term. This critical role involves a mix of high-impact cold calling and lead generation for residential sellers, supported by essential administrative and market research duties.
We are looking for a reliable self-starter with a strong background in professional outbound calling, excellent English skills, and a neutral accent to seamlessly communicate with our local U.S. client base.
Schedule and Hours
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per month minimum (approximately 1 hour per day) initially.
- Expansion: Hours are expected to increase significantly (to 40+ hours per month) in January and February based on performance and successful lead generation.
- Availability: Must be available to conduct cold calls during the morning hours (Philippines Time) to align with U.S. business hours for optimal prospecting success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate Prospecting and Lead Management (Core Focus)
- Conduct high-volume, professional cold calling campaigns specifically targeting residential sellers in the Portland, Oregon area.
- Immediately transfer or text qualified leads to the principal agent for immediate follow-up.
- Strictly maintain compliance with US regulations, including managing and cross-referencing against the "Do Not Call" list.
- Utilize our existing real estate software (including MLS access and the Keller Williams platform) to log activity and track leads.
2. Administrative and Research Support
- CRM Management: Handle daily data entry, updates, and lead tracking within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Communication: Assist with

- Tools: Utilize various AI and research tools to enhance efficiency.
3. Marketing and Content Support
- Assist in creating basic marketing materials using Canva for social media and client outreach.
- Ensure all written and verbal communications reflect a high standard of professional English and grammar.
Candidate Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Proven professional background with two or more years of relevant administrative or cold calling experience.
- Communication: Exceptional English, grammar, and articulation skills are mandatory.
- Voice/Accent: Must possess a neutral professional speaking accent suitable for direct client-facing communication in the U.S. market.
- Prospecting Expertise: Verifiable experience in professional cold calling and generating leads, preferably in a high-stakes industry like real estate.
- Technical: Proficient with Canva and adept at quickly learning real estate software (familiarity with MLS and Keller Williams software is a significant advantage).
- Dedication: Must be highly trustworthy and committed to a long-term partnership.
- Testing: Final candidates must participate in a formal interview that includes a "test call" simulation.
