We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our fast-growing real estate investment company to help manage deals from research to closing. You’ll play a key role in keeping transactions on track, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every property moves smoothly through the process.
Responsibilities:
-Review and interpret deeds, title records, and ownership documents.
-Manage multiple transactions, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously.
-Coordinate with title companies, notaries, contractors, and other vendors.

-Keep all stakeholders informed throughout each transaction.
Qualifications:
-1–3 years of experience in real estate, title coordination, or property management.
-Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
-Reliable, proactive, and organized with strong project management skills.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST.

We will pay $8-$10 an hour plus a potential bonus.
