ComChamp is a tech startup transforming organizational communication with AI-driven CRM solutions. As CEO, I need a reliable Personal Assistant to manage my growing workload, freeing me to focus on strategy, family, and well-being.
Role Overview:
As my remote Personal Assistant, you’ll handle diverse business and personal tasks with flexibility (10-20 hours/week, varying). You’ll work independently, using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and AI platforms, with 1-2 weekly check-ins (~1 hour via Zoom/WhatsApp). Based in the Philippines, you’ll ensure discretion with sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Admin: Manage
Sales & Client Support: Schedule client/partner meetings, follow up on prospects, update statuses in our CRM.
Personal Tasks: Coordinate with my realtor (house sale), research products (e.g., a boat), manage home maintenance reminders.
AI & Translation: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly) for drafting
Requirements:
2+ years as a Virtual/Executive Assistant, with admin and client-facing experience.
Strong English (written/spoken), organized, proactive, discreet (NDA required).
Proficient with Google Workspace, basic accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks), CRMs (bonus), and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepL for translation).
Flexible hours (some CEST overlap), comfortable with varied tasks.
