Deal Coordinator (Real Estate Wholesaling)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Coordinator to support our acquisitions operations. This person will work alongside our existing coordinator to manage wholesale deals from initial submission through the underwriting pipeline.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with wholesalers after they submit deals through our intake form
• Verify and confirm all property details before moving deals into our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
• Assist with calculating ARV, repair estimates, and other key numbers to determine deal potential
• Help organize and manage daily tasks to ensure deals progress on schedule
• Work within the CRM to update statuses, track follow-ups, and ensure no opportunities are missed
• Support with documentation, follow-up calls, and organizing property details for underwriting

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and professionally with wholesalers
• Experience in real estate wholesaling or investment with a clear understanding of ARV and basic deal analysis
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage many deals at once
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and other digital tools (ActiveCampaign experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying on top of daily tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with lead management or acquisitions coordination
• Familiarity with comps, market analysis, and property evaluations

This position is essential for keeping the deal pipeline organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who ensures every submission is handled properly and no deal slips through the cracks.
