THE ROLE
Are you a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented individual who excels at multitasking in a dynamic environment? Stan Bond is seeking a versatile General Virtual Assistant to become a cornerstone of our administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, loves improving processes, and thrives on supporting a team through a variety of tasks, from precise data entry to seamless scheduling and communication management.
Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars for the team, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all parties have the necessary information.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to gather and distribute necessary information, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- General Data Entry: Perform a wide range of data entry tasks, inputting various business data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Document Management: Manage and process digital documents, including organizing files, assisting with the preparation of general business documentation, and ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Operational Support: Support day-to-day operational processes to ensure workflow efficiency and provide administrative support to various departments within the business.
- Adaptability & Growth: Learn and perform additional tasks as required to support ongoing business needs and contribute to team success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse task list effectively.
- Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role where key responsibilities included data entry,
- Experience with complex scheduling is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in business software, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office, etc.
- A proactive, curious, and independent work ethic, with the initiative to identify issues and improve processes.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
NOTE: This is a Full-Time Permanent Role. This position requires full focus and commitment during standard work hours.
