Our team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our E-commerce Manager and team in running day-to-day operations smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how online businesses work, takes initiative, and enjoys keeping projects, communication, and workflows organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and timely execution of tasks.

Coordinate projects, tasks, and deliverables across the marketing, design, and operations teams.

Assist with website or platform updates such as domain setup, product uploads, and minor website edits.

Conduct QA checks for landing pages, new features, and marketing creatives to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Maintain and organize digital assets, reports, and documentation for easy access and collaboration.

Coordinate and schedule marketing activities including email campaigns, SMS promotions, and product launches.

Support recruitment and HR-related tasks such as posting job listings, scheduling candidate interviews, and maintaining application tracking.

Pull and organize performance reports from platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics.

Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign planning and product development.

Manage internal communications, meeting notes, and task follow-ups to keep the team aligned.

Provide general administrative support to help streamline processes and improve productivity.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in E-commerce operations, digital marketing, or as a Virtual Assistant supporting online businesses.

Hands-on experience or familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms.

Basic understanding of marketing tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or Gorgias (customer support platform).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Notion.

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.

Bonus: Experience basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
