???? Part-Time Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager for Luxury Wellness Brand

About the Brand:
I starting a luxury wellness business in London, specialising in lymphatic drainage and body contouring treatments. My focus is on elegance and wellbeing.

I’m looking for a female assistant who has a good eye for beauty, understands aesthetics, and enjoys working in calm, organised, and feminine environment.

Position Details:
• Role: Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager
• Location: Remote (Philippines)
• Hours: Part-time, around 4-5 hours per day,
• Pay: Around $300 USD per month

• Start: As soon as the right person is found
• Payment: Monthly via Wise or PayPal or Revolut

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest , Facebook etc
• Help write elegant captions and choose suitable hashtags
• Engage with followers (reply to comments and messages professionally)
• Assist with admin tasks (inbox organisation, client messages, booking coordination)
• Canva designs and capcut etc for content creation
• Research new ideas and trends related to wellness, and brands specialiality
• Creating and registering your brand on platforms like Fresha, Treatwell, and similar booking sites
• Organising client information and booking schedules
• Maintaining digital files and folder

Ideal Candidate:
• Female, aged 24-35
• Good English skills
• Experience with Instagram, , Canva and reels creation.
• Responsible, organised, and proactive
• Interest or background in beauty, spa, or wellness is a plus
